Are Anfi trying to back you into a corner? | TRC
Abstract
Are Anfi trying to back you into a corner? If you have received a letter from Anfi be aware! Anfi has been sending out quite a few letters to clients recently with confusing and sometimes bullying tactics. In reference to this letter in particular, why would members have difficulty in managing their bookings if they have not signed a new contract? We know that regardless of whether a new contract has been signed or not, the same availability pool is referenced, we believe that what this is really saying is that if you don´t sign, you will have difficulty getting what you want Why ??? Let´s say you go ahead and sign a new contract and are given a contract that has a week and apartment number behind it, what if that week and apartment number is not what you are looking for? What availability pool will they be using to find you another week? Anfi is trying to force you into signing, just to prevent you from making a future claim. The only other option they give you is to relinquishdoesn´t that sound strange? Failure to sign these new contracts should have absolutely no consequences to the owners so if Anfi is bullying you into signing let us know so we can help you. Dear Members, As you know, for some time now we have been gradually updating the Anfi contracts in line with the current Spanish Vacation Membership legislation. The amendments to the contracts, although minimal, are of vital importance to safeguard your annual holidays at Anfi. Should you have any queries regarding the paperwork please let me know and I will be happy to contact you to clarify its contents. If, on the other hand, you are no longer interested in continuing as Anfi members, for whatever reason, please let me know and I can inform you of the options to terminate your agreement with us and relieve you of any future maintenance fee liabilities.
