CCS awards places on ‘social value enabled’ FM framework - FMJ
Abstract
Forty-four suppliers have been awarded a place on the new £35 billion Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Facilities Management and Workplace Services framework. The new framework supports the principles of the Government’s Sourcing Playbook by heavily weighting ‘quality’ in its contract award criteria, rather than lowest cost. It replaces CCS’�s Facilities Management Marketplace agreement, which delivered commercial benefits. Nine of the awarded suppliers are SMEs.
