Abstract
The $150-million project involves a 351-acre, 75-megawatt photovoltaic electric generating facility with more than 116,000 solar panels. The project is pending approvals from the Sussex County Planning Commission. The up to $25-million project includes a five-story above-grade building with 89 units and totaling more than 121,000 sq ft. Holy Christian House of Praise is planning a redevelopment on Nannie Helen Burroughs Avenue NE. The up to $15-million project calls for razing a more than 18,000-sq-ft church building and a more than 1,000-sq-ft store. The $66-million project includes six buildings, each four stories above grade and one below grade, totaling more than 535,000 sq ft. Of Engineering is planning the Monocacy Boulevard Central Section, Phase II. The more than $41-million project includes design and construction of the central section, including design and construction of a bridge over the Monocacy River, extension of Schifferstadt Boulevard and East Church Street to connect with Monocacy Boulevard. The up to $50-million project includes 272 independent-living apartments, 30 cottages and 48 health care suites.
