A Lebanon-based developer has secured $3.45 million toward funding the construction of a 27-townhome development, according to Wilson County records.
The project, on Manchester Boulevard just south of Lebanon Road, will be known as Stonehaven Villas. Construction is being handled by Fleming Homes LLC, which also owns the land.
