The importance of choosing a Home Inspector when buying a home

One of the things that must be considered when buying a house is the issue of the home inspection (Home Inspection). A home inspection does not affect your mortgage, but it can play a major role for the buyer. When you want to buy a house, when you bring an inspector, you will notice the problems of the house in writing. These problems are sometimes very important and play a major role in your decision to buy or not to buy that house.

If the house has a problem, you can ask the seller in one of the following situations:

  1. The seller repairs the house and delivers it to you.
  2. The seller will give you a credit equal to the cost of repairs in the final costs (Closing Cost) by the seller.
  3. The seller will give you a discount equal to the cost of repairs in the purchase price of the house.
