Manchester tower gets go-ahead after haircut
Abstract
The planned scheme on the corner of Great Ancoats Street and Port Street will provide 481 private rental flats. Renaker Build is understood to be lined-up as main contractor for the project. The three-year building programme will cost over £100m. The project has been designed by SimpsonHaugh, across part-33, part-11 and part-nine storey buildings. The 3-year project will cost more than £100million. The three year building programme is expected to cost £100 million. The scheme will cost around £50m. for a total of £50,000 and will cost £200,000. The first phase is set to be completed in the next three years.
