Through its Maintenance Support, residents submit work orders straight to Latchel via text, call, or their online dashboard. A Latchel representative with at least two years of experience in property management troubleshoots with the client and, if need be, sends a preferred vendor to complete the request. Latchel also offers Home Assistance, which connects residents with contractors for at-home chores like landscaping, financial protection for maintenance mishaps, cash reimbursements for resident-caused damages, and a cash back rewards program.
