MNS - Nick Ameluxen
Welcome to the Movers and Shakers podcast. This weeks guest is Nick Ameluxen.
Nick is a real estate investor, focused on B and C class apartment complexes in the great city of Austin, TX. He has been investing in real estate since 2015, but didn't start focusing on multifamily until 2018 when he decided to reach out to Jake and Gino. Since then Nick has closed on 53 units in Austin, with another 71 units set to close in September. His goal is to transfer out of my W2 job, and focus on building something really spectacular.
