Chad is a full time real estate investor. He began college as a finance major, but when he graduated, he got at Xerox in sales. He noticed that people became successful through real estate. Chad chose to go into real estate full time in 2017. In 2019, he was involved in 168 deals in five different markets. He started to study multi-family so that he could grow his wealth and cashflow. In July of 2019, Chad joined the Jake and Gino Community. Three months after joining the community, he closed his first multi-family deal, a 16 unit in Nashville, TN.
