Nate is the founding member of MRGO Capital Group. He works for a fortune 200 professional services firm providing risk advisory and transactional services to the fortune 500 and other multinational firms. He earned dual BBA degrees in Finance and Risk Management & Insurance from the University of South Carolina. Nate began his real estate investment journey in 2018 purchasing student housing and currently owns 22 units. In addition, he is the host of a real estate podcast. In his spare time, Nate enjoys golfing and other outdoor activities. Nate resides in Atlanta, GA.
