Avison Young appoints head of workplace UK and Europe - FMJ
Abstract
The strategic real estate advisor has appointed Sarah-Jane Osborne as Principal and Head of Workplace, UK and Europe, to help it meet significantly increased demand from occupiers to navigate workplace impact from recent market disruptions. Joining from Arcadis, where she championed the development of its workscape capability, Osborne is one of the world's leading workplace experts, with an established career in award-winning workplace strategy, commercial interior design, architecture and project delivery. With over 30 years of experience in the sector, Osborne has worked with a host of public, private and third sector organisations, including leading professional service and legal firms, for which she has pioneered people-first workplace strategies and advised on the real estate impact of prospective organisational shifts and restructures. Osborne will be working closely with James Porter, Principal and Managing Director of Occupier Solutions, and the wider national team to further develop Avison Young's corporate occupiers service, helping to drive and embed new ways of working through integrated, intelligent real estate solutions supported by new technologies. Globally, she will be promoting cross-border insights in conjunction with Keith Knox, Principal and President of Occupier Services, and Sheila Botting, Principal and President, Americas Professional Services.
