Fusion21 starts race for £250m housing RMI framework
Abstract
The enlarged framework will include firms that can provide reactive works and services, void property repairs, and outsourced call handling. Empty property refurbishment, improvement, and security services are also included in the framework, which is open to SMEs and larger contractors. Submissions must be returned by 18 July. Tender information is available from the procurement portal. To discuss this further, suppliers can contact Gary Stanfield, Framework Manager (Building Maintenance) by email. Submissions may be back by 18July.
