AEC firms do FCAs pretty much the same way and deliver roughly the same results β making it difficult to stand out in a competitive market. The traditional way of doing FCAs is flawed for two main reasons: Bad facility data Complex, poorly implemented FM software. The current FCA process is Broken and the building owner is left without much usable data or insights over the long term. Itβs absolutely possible. Good data and good tools are completely reforming. The FCA results are completely reformed. It is now more proactive and more predictive. FCA software is now better and more predictable and more effective. The software is also revolutionizing the FCA system. It's now more predictive and more proactive.
