The framework will deliver 7,000 new homes in the Greater London area over the next five years. The winning firms were selected through a rigorous selection process with emphasis on quality, as well as equality and diversity. The contractors’ framework comprises of one single lot, while the consultants’ framework is split into 12. The 26 winning firms on the main contractor deal are:

The framework valued at £600m over four years has been split into three key lots covering, general civil engineering, structural civil engineering and major projects. A virtual bidders day is to be held on 14 July to support the contest ahead of prequalification documents being returned on the 1 August. Click here to register for bidders day. The current Medium Works framework is one of Pagabo’s most popular and active construction procurement routes for clients with 148 projects having been built through it to date.
