Ruth Kennedy Sudduth Awarded the CRE® Designation from The Counselors of Real Estate® - Landvest Blog
Abstract
The Counselors of Real Estate®, established in 1953, is an international consortium of credentialed real estate problem solvers who provide expert advice on complex real property and land-related matters. Membership is extended by invitation and includes principals of prominent real estate, financial, legal, valuation and accounting firms as well as developers, economists, futurists, and ranking leaders of Wall Street investment firms and academia. CREs are trusted advisors who find solutions to complex real estate challenges. CRE's approximately 1,000 members practice in 21 countries and offer expertise in more than 60 real estate disciplines across all asset classes. "I am honored to be following in the footsteps of LandVest founder and mentor, Dick Perkins, who was a longtime CRE. His commitment to being wise counsel to his clients is just one of the many aspects of Dick I admire," said Ruth. Since joining LandVest in 1998, she has amassed a notable list of achievements, including orchestrating record sales in eight states, becoming a Founding Partner of REALM-Global, being named as a Top Ten Women in Real Estate, and serving as a trusted advisor for clients including Harvard University, the Nature Conservancy, MIT, Bessemer Trust, and Fiduciary Trust.
