Greensboro to annex Vandalia land that is part of planned development with houses, townhouses

Diamondback plans to have mixed of single-family and townhomes in the development in Vandalia. The land Greensboro is annexing is within a few minutes of the planned Toyota lithium battery plant in north Randolph County.
