Pinnacle Group reappointed with one million pound Solihull Community Housing cleaning contract - FMJ

Abstract

Solihull Community Housing (SCH) run housing services on behalf of Solihull Council. The SCH cleaning contract, which is worth almost one million pounds, will once again be held by Pinnacle Group who previously won the contract from 2010 – 2015. As part of this latest agreement, Pinnacle is responsible for the responsive and planned cleaning of more than 600 individual facilities including offices, community centres and homes. In total, the new contract covers three service areas. There is potential to extend the housing element. There are potential to include further properties and the Extra Care Scheme. The new contract, there is also potential to incorporate further properties to incorporate the housing part of the housing elements.
