Organic architect Robert Harvey Oshatz Delivers ‘Surprise, Beauty And Delight’ Oshatz's 3,500-square-foot home has expansive views of the Willamette River and Mount Hood. The 5,300 square-ft residence is in a new collection of homes in Portland, Oregon. The striking vertical residences will share common but varied curvilinear forms. "I could barely pronounce the word," Oshatz says. The five homes will be on a 2.3-acre parcel, with mature trees and mature trees. The three homes will also be grouped on a2.3 acre parcel. The home is designed to offer a vista of "surprise, beauty and delight," says Oshatz, who received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Arizona State University in 1968. "I had no idea what an architect was―I could hardly pronounce theword," said Oshatz. He became a licensed architect at age 25. '
