ISG enjoys record £1.6bn order book as profits recover
Abstract
Pre-tax profits more than doubled at £19m from £8.9m to £2.2bn in the year to December 31 2021. Firm looking forward to further recovery this year on back of record £1.6bn forward order book. Firm maintains zero-debt status and improving net cash position by 18% to £120m. Most of the profit growth last year came from the business last year.

Underlying pre-tax profit rose 11% to £27m in the year to March 2022 on revenue up by the same measure at £404m, driven mainly by the steep rise in steel prices.
