Risk management with a solid plan! Does that mean crypto?

Key Information:

Setting a solid foundation in your investments that bring in cash flow is risk management! That allows you to reach out to other investment classes. Real estate provides John with the security for other investments.

 

Divide your net worth up into basis points and figure out where you want those BPS to be invested but be ready to react quickly when the market gives you the opportunity.

 

Understand where information is coming at you from. If you are looking at Google for info, you are well behind the power curve!

 

“You are not smart. The market is just Bull.” Remember that!

 

It is easy to get caught up with the crowds. Make sure you are looking at your time horizon and know the type of investing you are doing.

 

Crypto is doing nothing but growing and the coming regulation is going to do nothing but help.

Pro tip: You have to have discipline, a process, and pre-defined buckets so you can’t get over your skis. Be a risk manager first and know when to cut it!

BONUS PRO TIP: Be ok buying blood. Get comfortable buying stocks in the red.
