At the Park Reserve property, vacant portions of the former Trinity Lutheran Hospital have seen deterioration and regular break-ins northwest of 31st and Main streets. A Kansas City developer has come forward with a $122 million remedy, which appears to be clearing some early hurdles. It's the biggest known development to date proposed along the southern streetcar extension.
At the Park Reserve property, vacant portions of the former Trinity Lutheran Hospital have seen deterioration and regular break-ins northwest of 31st and Main streets.
