When purchasingor selling a home, you're dealing with such a large sum of money that a single blunder may cost you tens of thousands of dollars. It's no surprise that over 88 percent of all buyers and sellers prefer to work with a real estate agent.
But how much does it cost to hire a real estate agent? Is it, more importantly, worthwhile? Perhaps you're fantasizing about how much money you'll save if you don't hire an agent.
