Welcome to the Movers and Shakers Podcast. In this show Josh & Gino interview Greg Scully. Greg spent 20 years in route sales with Frito Lay and had a small business with his wife and business partner, Kim. He began investing in real estate in 2016. To date his portfolio consists of an active ownership interest in 204 units over four properties in Tennessee. Prior real estate investments include a limited position in 50 units in Beech Grove Indiana, two SFR in Memphis Tennessee and a development project in South Carolina. Greg and his wife recently moved to Tennessee after 40 years in Alaska to pursue real estate full time.
