Grand Canyon University, Rosendin Create Pathway For Electrical TrainingGrand Canyon University will partner with Rosendin and Maricopa County on a new pre-apprenticeship pathway that will provide technical education to prepare students for a career as a skilled electrician. Rosendin also will give students additional opportunities for paid, supervised work at Phoenix-area construction sites for continued learning. UnCommons Begins Phase 2 WorkThe second commercial phase of UnCommons, Matter Real Estate Group's much-anticipated $400-million, 40-acre mixed-use community coming to southwest Las Vegas, is now under construction. Phase 2 of UnCommons also will add two four-story office buildings totaling 180,000 sq ft and an additional parking structure with 750 parking stalls.
