This is a quick announcement episode where I wanted to introduce a project that has been under underway for many months.  For several years, many New York City investors have asked me for information about other markets around the US.  As the regulatory environment in New York has become more difficult....the pace of these questions only increased.

Today, is an interesting time.....the whole world is adjusting to the realities of the coronavirus.  In uncertain times like these, I try to pay more attention to what I say and to observe the questions I ask myself. One of the best ones that I heard when dealt with a setback is..."what’s possible now?" Or said another way: “Because X happened, what is now possible that I didn’t think was before it occurred?"

With that in mind, I’d like to let the Behind the Bricks audience know about another podcast I have called the "Multifamily Memo."  This podcast features deep dive conversations with the market makers in some of the best multifamily markets in the US.  Professional investors, who are looking to learn about other US markets, and learn strategies used in other locations, will (hopefully) find the Multifamily Memo podcast very useful.
