Abstract
Santa Fe Square's first phase of work includes 134,978 sq ft of Class A office space on the top six levels and 309,418 sq ft across 720 parking spaces on the lower six levels. The entire mixed-use project will cost $160 million overall, with plans to complete everything by 2024. The building is comprised of 22,200 cu yd of cast-in-place concrete and moment frame with post-tension beams and slabs. The exterior façade consists of 751,250 lb of post-Tension cables. The north tower crane was the largest. The south tower crane has a jib length of 26,455 lb and a maximum capacity of 19,840 lb. The project has had zero lost time incidents over 194,559 worker hours, to date, the project has has had no lost time incident over 190,000 square ft of work. The building will be complete by 2024 and will cost around $150,000 to $100,000 a year.
