L&G Modular strikes deal to build 1,000 affordable homes
Abstract
L&G Modular said its homes are 60% more efficient to run for the home owner than a Building Regulation compliant new build home. The apartments are up to 30% cheaper to heat and run than the average apartment. The joint venture will deliver its first homes in 2023. The City of Wolverhampton was recently selected as preferred partner for the development of around 400 homes in the city. Eventually, L &G aims to deliver several thousand homes a year.
