If you ask Jennan why she chose to work with real estate clients, she would tell you she loves to help people realize their dream of home ownership

It is Jennan’s patient, easy-to-get-along-with attitude that puts her clients at ease and gains trust. She learned early on that customer service starts with trust and then attentive listening. Only then can you truly uncover a client’s goals and empathize with their present and future.

Jennan immediately fell in love with the islands after stepping off the plane back in 2009. She chose real estate because she wants others to experience the joy she felt and the island lifestyle that she created for her family. As a mom of twins, patience is Jennan’s superpower and multi-task management is her most used skill. Jennan uses that skill in her real estate career to keep her clients up to date with the market, new listings and transaction timelines.

Jennan graduated from UH Hilo with honors in Art and History which helped hone her problem solving and critical thinking skills.　Sometimes people believe they may never apply their schooling to real life. In Jennan’s case, she uses her critical thinking skills daily to help negotiate favorable terms for her buyers and sellers. Furthermore, her study of world history equipped her with the ability to understand clients from all over the world and appreciate the unique history of Hawaii and it’s lands.
