Gessa Ship's business philosophy is based on a full customer service approach. She believes in seeing her customers through the entire home buying or selling process beginning with the initial introduction through to closing. Gessa believes in ongoing communication to ensure that her clients are always kept completely in the loop in terms of the progress of their transactions.

Gessa's Expertise

Gessa Ship has lived in the North Shore area for the past twenty years. She has extensive knowledge of Grafton, Cedarburg, Mequon, River Hills, Fox Point, Bayside, Glendale, and Shorewood. She also is very knowledgeable about the schools in these areas having worked in several of these school districts.

Personal Background

Gessa Ship is a real estate salesperson who has lived in Glendale, Wisconsin for the past twenty years. Prior to living in the United States Gessa resided in Montreal, Quebec; Toronto, Ontario; and Edmonton, Alberta. Although she enjoyed living in all of these cities she truly believes that Milwaukee was the best city in which to raise her famliy. She is married to Mark Ship and has two married children who both reside in the Milwaukee area.

Gessa has had a long career in education, the last ten years working as a diagnostic special education consultant. The skills that she has acquired working with educators, psychologists, children, and their families will easily translate into working with clients.

When not working, Gessa enjoys exercising, riding her horse, reading, and spending time with her family.
