Emily Beaven 'sold' her first home at 16 after convincing her parents they needed to upgrade to a nearby neighborhood in her hometown in Northeast Ohio. A self-professed 'people pleaser', Emily goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy. Her direct and honest demeanor helps put clients at ease in knowing that she always has their best interest at heart. Prior to real estate, Emily enjoyed a successful career in lifestyle and food & wine marketing communications, which allows her to bring a fresh perspective on marketing, branding, and digital media to help sellers best position their real estate assets in today's dynamic market. She excels in and enjoys helping buyers navigate the sometimes complex and emotional process of purchasing a home or investment property. Her devotion to service and professional integrity has enabled her to build a strong referral business and trusted, long-lasting relationships with her clients, colleagues, professional network, and community. Emily is a graduate of Kent State University and the Culinary Institute of America. As a former professional cook, Emily keeps her pulse on SF's vibrant culinary scene, and loves sharing food & wine recommendations with her clients. She is an active member of The San Francisco Junior League, heads up the Careers & Entrepreneur's Committee at Golden Gate Mother's Group, and is on the Leadership Council of The Center for Reproductive Rights. After living in Nob Hill for 8 years, she finally outgrew her flat and has recently moved to the Presidio with her husband and their two young children.
