-Lived in Florida for 26 yrs. Moved back to Massachusetts  in 2015 to be with my beautiful wife Rhonda, We spend partial time in winters back home in Florida.

-Love working with First time home buyers and educating them on the particulars involved with being a home owner and all of the pride that ownership brings.

-When it comes to sellers, having certain areas of construction background affords me the ability to point out certain defects in the property that a home inspector may point out to the buyers. This will give the seller a "heads up" so as to correct any potential issues that may complicate a transaction

-Love being outdoors ,sun ,beach ,kayaking ,hiking and involving our dog Mikey in all outdoor activities
