Courtney Hasson

Courtney brings over 12 years of experience in high-stakes negotiations and client-focused service to the Megan Varga Group. After an award-winning career in commercial real estate, Courtney transitioned to residential sales in the place she calls home. An Orange County native, Courtney spent the last decade negotiating real estate transactions valued at over $450 million from Houston to Denver to NYC. Now, she applies that same data-driven approach and above-and-beyond attitude towards helping her home buyer and seller clients meet their real estate goals.Prior to joining the Megan Varga Group, Courtney was a Director at commercial real estate advisory firm Newmark Knight Frank and an associate broker at Transwestern. She received the celebrated Sherman R. Miller Trailblazer award in 2015 from the NAIOP and managed a portfolio totaling millions of square feet of commercial properties. Despite her considerable success, however, Courtney wanted to get back to her roots: life and family in the OC, and making a meaningful impact on her clients’ lives — one transaction at a time.Courtney now lives with her husband and two kids in the same Corona del Mar neighborhood that she grew up in and enjoys remaining active in the community where she by is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), SMU Alumni Association, and the Junior League of Orange County.
