Sandy was born and raised in Pittsburgh where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Duquesne University, she moved to Maryland in 1985 where she began her career in real estate managing apartment complexes. In 2003 she became a licensed Realtor in Maryland and sold new construction before relocating to York.
