They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life.” – John Lennon As an agent, and a person, I believe in integrity, the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles. I strive to help you in this terrifying, yet exciting process and to make it as swift and easy for you as possible. I will always give you the best advice possible to help you make the smartest decision. I have also made the decision that I will never be a dual agent, one who is simultaneously employed by two or more clients covering the same target. If I represent you, I am your agent. I represent you and your best interests. I don’t feel negotiating for two sides of the same transaction can represent each client’s best interests. This is my personal decision and I feel it is what is best for my clients.

I want to add, I believe in happiness. I believe in making myself happy and everyone I come in contact with. As Confucius said, “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” I couldn’t think of a better way to spread and share happiness than helping someone find their dream home.
